Az 1999-es Színházi világnap alkalmából mutatja be  a Lézerszínház a Mike Oldfield életmûvet feldolgozó új mûsorát.

A 3D technika bevezetése és az elõadások hátterét biztosító számítástechnikai rendszer teljes megújítása nyomán a LézerSzínház Mike Oldfield fénykoncertje képletesen és valóságosan egy plusz dimenzióval gazdagodott. A zene és a lézer soha nem látott össztáncát járja a Planetárium csillagfényes kupolája alatt.

A Mike Oldfield lemezeken , majd CD-ken több generáció nõtt fel. Újra  meg újra bebizonyosodott, hogy ami jó az az idõ és tér távlatain át is maradandó élményt nyújt. Így lehetséges, hogy Tubular Bels 1973-as(!) megjelenését -a ézerszínház 1983-as fénykoncert bemutatóját - követõ években cseppet sem lankadt az intellektuális rock kultusz a világ zenei életében.

Stílusok jönnek és mennek , de a Mike Oldfield megalkuvásmentes instrumentális szerzeményei ma is alapvetõ értéket képviselnek.

A LézerSzínház Mike Oldfield 3D mûsora térben és idõben is nagy utazásra invitálja nézõit. Láthatóvá válik a "Tubular Bells" I., II., III., a "Platinum" , a "QE2", a "Five Miles Out", a "Crises" , a "Discovery", a "The  Killing Fields", az "Islands" , az "Earth Moving" , az  "Amarok", a "Heaven's Open" és az "Elements" címû albumokban rejtõzõ különös világ.

The 1999 Theatre World Day is the occasion for the LaserTheater's new performance adapting the life-work of Mike Oldfield.

The introduction of the 3D technique and a renewed computer technology have given an extra dimension to the Mike Oldfield show. Under the starlit dome of the Planetarium music and laser dance together in a unique way.

Generations have grown up listening to the music of Mike Oldfield. Real values stand the test of time and good music remains a lasting experience. This is the reason why the intellectual rock cult have not faded after Tubular Bells' first appearance in 1973(!) and the LaserTheater's first Mike Oldfield laser show in 1983.

Various styles come into and go out of fashion but the uncompromising instrumental compositions of Mike Oldfield still represent real values.
