The Research Team

The research team of our company comprises a few engineers who used to be involved in mechatronical investigations. Because of the major political and economic changes which took place in Hungary during the past few years the direction of the investigations shifted from high precision chemical dispensers to more profitable areas. The large & grand format printing industry appears to be a lucrative market for the FlatJet system.

The Invention

The objective of the development of the FlatJet technology is to create a computer operated printer which can print at a high speed on regular paper or other substrates with smooth density applying ordinary inks. Based on a fundamentally new principle, the FlatJet technology has been developed by our research team, a patent search has shown that it is not contrary to any existing exemplary claims. We applied for a patent for the system, it is still in process. Although the FlatJet system can be adapted to the needs of higher resolution printing - this has been proven by experiments too -, we aimed our research work at the parallel printing of large format images. The printing heads have been developed to cover spaces of 2mm in diameter by ink.
